It is therefore worth noting that Anderlecht – the second least expensive municipality in the Brussels-Capital Region, after Molenbeek-Saint-Jean – recorded the smallest increase (as well as the lowest prices), although this varies considerably depending on the type of property (house or flat). By contrast, Uccle – the third most expensive municipality in the Brussels-Capital Region in 2018, after Ixelles and Woluwé-Saint-Pierre – saw an increase that did not depend on the type of property and remained around +32% in both cases.
