As well as being beneficial to our health, fresh air and daylight also have a significant impact on our concentration. With the public health outlook still highly uncertain, Belgians clearly need to create a greater sense of space in their homes: balconies, terraces, roof terraces and gardens have become essential. We dream of homes filled with nature and bathed in natural light!

What about the future?

The sobering realisation that a home is unsuitable for working remotely, a deep-seated need for a garden or simply a change in our lifestyles may lead us to reconsider the future of our property assets.
