2023 was an extraordinary year for J&J Properties, marked by exciting new challenges and the warm welcome of new faces to our team. Through this retrospective, let us look back together at the key moments that made 2023 a memorable year for J&J.

Client satisfaction lies at the heart of our business, and in 2023, we are proud to announce that we helped more than 291 property owners sell, let or manage their properties.
In terms of brokerage services (sales and lettings), we are rather proud to have reached the symbolic figure of seven… In 2023, seven families found their new home each week thanks to J&J. That is one transaction every day. All in all, that is nearly 400 families housed in 2023!
In terms of property management, we relieved 204 owners of the challenges involved in the day-to-day management of their properties. We expanded our portfolio with 103 new properties, bringing the total to 513 properties that we strive to manage carefully and professionally every day.
These results were made possible by our passionate team! To handle all these new property projects, each more interesting than the last, our team had to grow!
New Faces, New Expertise
This year, we welcomed new colleagues who have significantly enriched our team.
We are delighted to have William join us as our new Marketing Manager, bringing a fresh, dynamic perspective to our promotional, commercial and strategic approach. His passion for audiovisual media has enabled us to define and implement our content strategy, while also providing you with high-quality property videos and photographs.
In the property management department, we welcomed Caroline, our new Property Assistant & Management Accounting specialist, who handles all accounting matters for the department. We also welcomed Jean and Manoelle, our new Property Managers, who oversee the day-to-day rental, technical, legal and administrative management of the properties in our portfolio.
Finally, we were delighted to welcome two highly motivated EFP trainees, Marie-lou and Tom, who quickly made their mark within our team.
At the beginning of 2024, our team now comprises 14 people who are ready to support you with your property projects. Whether you are selling, letting or seeking property management services, we are at your disposal to help you achieve your property goals.
Expansion into Rixensart
One of the major achievements of 2023 was the opening of our second branch in Rixensart (Avenue de Mérode 47, 1330 Rixensart).
Following requests from some of our clients, we decided to open this new office so that we could serve you better in Walloon Brabant. Corinne and Vincent are at the helm.
And as we like to remind ourselves, J&J has two branches but one team!
Technological Innovations:
In 2023, we invested in a range of cutting-edge technological solutions to offer our clients a more immersive and personalised experience.
These include the implementation of HubSpot in our marketing and sales approach. We look forward to seeing the results of these initiatives and improving our services.
