J&J presents… the whole team!

On 07.03.2011, J&J was born! 9 years later, J&J Properties comprises a team of 10 people driven by the same passion: property. A wonderful blend of personalities, skills and ambition.
Meet the J&J team.

There’s John. He needs no introduction: passionate about property from the outset, he founded J&J Properties in 2011 when he was just 24 years old. He sets the pace and is involved in every aspect of the agency without ever losing patience. He enjoys all kinds of sports (skiing, tennis, football, rugby, running, etc.). In his spare time or at weekends, he enjoys spending time with his family, going for walks, gardening or cooking a good traditional Belgian dish. An epicurean at heart, he is always up for dinner with friends over a good bottle of wine. As for the rest, in his own words: “I am married to the most wonderful woman and the proud father of two adorable girls aged 4 and 2.“

There’s Antoine. A true veteran at J&J, he was John’s first employee (medal deserved!). He began his IPI traineeship this year and mainly handles sales.

There’s Estelle. Estelle knows what she wants: to become an estate agent! For the past 3 years, she has been training at EFP and completing her internship at J&J, where she is mainly responsible for lettings. She is a keen horse rider and loves discovering new restaurants with her friends.

There’s Florette. The youngest member of the team, Florette is our new trainee estate agent. Her favourite pastime is visiting and discovering new places. Her motto is “a smile costs nothing, but creates so much.”

There’s Alexandre. When John launched J&J’s private property management department, he entrusted Alexandre with developing the service. Originally from Antwerp, Alexandre brings a breath of fresh northern air and looks after the many landlords who trust him with the day-to-day management of their properties. He loves cooking and is always up for a game of tennis with friends.

There’s Julie. She is responsible for office management and administrative support.
She loves nature, travelling and discovering new cultures, as well as pulling on her boots and going on long hikes. She loves sunshine, drinks on a terrace and fine food. What does she love most of all? Spending time with her family! Between you and me, Julie is a bit like our very own mum!

Then there’s me, Caroline. I am responsible for the agency’s marketing; I am the person behind the newsletters, the blog (I’m the one speaking to you right now!), social media and the website, among other things. I enjoy strolling through the streets of Brussels, searching for a new restaurant or café, or finding a hidden gem at Place du Jeu de Balle. I am an unconditional pizza fan and hate being cold.

There’s Jeff. The office mascot, Jeff is an adorable Border Terrier. Hard-working, conscientious and enthusiastic, Jeff is the ideal employee and a real asset to our agency. He is our secret weapon when it comes to charm… (or perhaps not?)
