Aaaaah, the sunshine… We missed it!
To celebrate the start of summer, we held our first garden party on 18 June!
We mowed the lawn, brought out the garden furniture and had a FAB-U-LOUS time!
We started with drinks and a game of Mölkky. You know, that game that is somewhere between old-fashioned bowling and pétanque? The verdict: Antoine and Alexandre won!
Then the boys fired up the barbecue. Mmmmmh, the wonderful smell of sausages. We love these long, leisurely meals around a big table.
We were all having such a wonderful time that we did not want the day to end! Pétanque? Pétanque! What better way to round off this lovely celebration than a game of boules in the shade of the trees?
